This is an extremely rare Rudraksha mala - chain made of the energy bead Rudraksha - which was materialized by The Avatar's (SPH) Yoga Guru Yogi Yogananda Puri and gifted to Him. Materialized objects are powerful and are themselves independent intelligence. SPH substantiates this thus: 'Materialized objects molecularly disintegrate and reintegrate themselves after passing through the dimension of KAILASA, the space of Oneness, which is one of the 11 dimensions of the Universe. Therefore these objects can act as independent intelligence, just like a deity and respond to prayers and sacred sentiments.' This mala was repeatedly worn by SPH during childhood, therefore it still carries the marks of chandan (sandalwood paste) which SPH would apply regularly on His chest.
