Bhagavad Gita Discourse 1

Description

From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. All scriptures can be classified in three ways. Shastras are written for the intellectual types. They give clarity on how to live your life. Stotras are for those emotionally moved, the literature from heart, teaching surrender to the Divine. Sutras are developed for the Being-oriented ones. Sutras give the technique to reach the Being, giving a direct experience of spirituality. Sutras give a Being-level experience. The wonder of the Bhagavad Gita is that it addresses all of these people's needs, giving the understanding that can satisfy each of these different ways of relating to God so that all can fall in tune with Divine. Bhgavad Gita Discourse 6

Description

rom the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this discourse of Chapter 6 titled, "Look In", Nithyananda says it doesn't matter whether you remain as a karma yogi or as a sannyasi; it doesn't affect your Being; it makes no difference. One who performs actions without being attached to any actions is an ascetic, a brahmachari. Nithyananda says just by giving up our laptops and cell phones, we can't become a sannyasi. The whole attitude has to be changed. He says: "Let yourself lift yourself otherwise you will be your own worst enemy." The discourse in it's entireity may be ordered at www.Anandagalleria.com

Nithya Yoga - Yoga of Eternity

Description

From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Nithya Yoga prepares the body, prepares the mind to enter into the experience of enlightenment and stay into the experience of enlightenment. Entering is not difficult. To have a satori, a glimpse of the no-mind state, to have an experience of un-clutching, is not difficult at all. But to stay in that consciousness, and especially to express that energy through your body, requires that your body and mind be prepared. Enlightened Master Nithyananda is unvieling this system of Yoga to take us back to Yoga's roots - from the consciousness of Patanjali. Complete discourse on Nithya Yoga may be ordered through www.anandagalleria.com

Description

From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa ithyananda. Shiva Sutras are 108 direct techniques to Enlightenment given by Shiva to Devi. In this talk Nithyananda gives us clarity of Kshana - it is not equivalent to chronological time. It is the gap between thoughts or between incoming breath and outgoing breath. It is in this neutral zone that we lose our identity. Nithyananda says that we miss the depth of this neutral space time and again since in this zone there is no con cept of our identity.
