Sri Pinchandi is a renowned Nadaswaram player of the Arunachaleshwara Temple who made himself close with the family of The Avatar just so that he could interact with the young incarnation as He was growing. Sri Pichandi became a barber as well and had the opportunity to groom and cut The Avatar's luscious black locks from around 1982-1990. With deep fulfillment and the easy and sacred smile which comes from the gratitude toward being blessed to interact personally with The Avatar, Sri Pichandi opens up His sacred sentiments toward The young incarnation as he was serving as his personal barber

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism used to frequent this rock by the waterfall on the Arunachala Hill which one can find on the way to Skandashram. He used to spend hours in meditation on this spot. Today it is visited by devoted disciples of SPH and named as Ananda Guha, where the bliss of SPH's presence is still permeating and cherished.
