Title

Patanjali Yoga Sutras: Being Absent-minded - Sleeping during waking state

Description

From the works of living enlightened master Paramahamsa Nithyananda, this clip is taken from Patanjali Yoga Sutras discourse delivered by Him in 2009. In this video clip, He describes the different levels and types of sleep. The clip particularly focuses on sleeping in waking state or being absent-minded. Two kinds of absent-mindedness are discussed - being absent-minded in outer world and second in the inner world. He says being absent-minded in inner world is the biggest disease one can have because we procrastinate our resolutions and vows. Addiction is also attributed to being absent-minded.
