Title:

Paramashivoham Oneness Capsule 96 (Nataraja Darshan Mahasadashivoham)

Description:

07 Jan 2018: On this day the word was blessed with a thunderous darshan of Nataraja by His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Nataraja is a depiction of Paramashiva as the cosmic ecstatic dancer. His dance is called Tandavam or Nadanta, depending on the context of the dance. As the Lord of Dance, Nataraja, Paramashiva performs the Ananda Tandava (dance of bliss), cosmic dance of subatomic particles, the play of matter and antimatter, the dance in which the universe is generated, operated, and rejuvenated.

He holds in his upper right hand the Damaru (The drum from which emanates the primordial sounds of creation). His upper left hand holds Agni (the fire that will destroy the universe). With his lower right hand, he makes Abhayamudra (the gesture that relieves fear). The demon being trampled by his right foot represents Apasmara (Illusion that leads man away from the experience of Oneness with Paramashiva).
