Title
Released from the Prison of 'Being Good'
Description
Maala venkatram from Chennai shares her discovery of her root pattern and impact of it on her life. She traces her pattern of being a good child in the family back to her fear of punished. A deep impression formed at a very young age created a psychological prison of perfectionist behavior that defined her life experiences. During Inner Awakening program, she identified the roots of this behavior and healed the fear and released the root pattern.
Root patterns are formed during early childhood due to inadequate cognition. The deep-rooted pattern become definitive experience of life and need to be identified and released to be overcome. This is done in the Inner Awakening program conducted by Paramahamsa Nithyananda in July 2013. (Glimpses of My IA)
