In this talk entitled Superfood For Superpowers, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism revealed Paramashiva’s description and vision about food. He said Paramashiva gives a clear description that food should be taken inside your body for your life through five ways, earth element, water element, fire element, air element and space element each day. He then shared details for each element and highly recommended the religious fasting, detoxification process to not to take solid food before sunrise or after sunset.
