20 NOVEMBER 2020 : 5 AM IST Dwajarohanam (hoisting the flag or garudadhwaja) signals the start of the Brahmotsavam At the onset of dawn at 5.00am IST, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam graced the auspicious occasion of Nithyanandeshwara Brahamotsavam - the 10 day celebrations for Paramashiva & Parashakti in.the Adi Kailash Sarvajnapeetha, Bidadi, Bengaluru, India Today, on the first day of the Karthikai Deepa Brahmotsavam of Sri Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva, the scared ritual of Dhvajarohanam - the flag hoisting ceremony wherein the Nandi Flag is hoisted marking the commencement of the festival of Karthikai Deepa Brahmotsavam. The Dhvajarohanam ceremony is graced and witnessed by all the Gods and Goddesses of Kailasa headed by the pancha murtis Sri Ananda Ganesha, Sri Ananda Subrahmanya Swami, Sri Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva, Sri Nithyanandeshwari Parashakti, Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam and Sri Chandikeshwara Swami. The Karthikai Deepa Brahmotsavam is the celebration of Paramashiva manifesting Himself as Many just to celebrate Himself and Many again merging in Paramashiva's Oneness.
