Title:

Discipline that arises out of your understanding is transformational

Description:

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from Shiva Sutras discourse titled, Beyond Freedom and Bondage, Swamiji teaches us that as long as we have the necessity to talk to someone verbally you are creating bondage. He shatters the myths about logic and tells us that questions arise from a mind that is a slave! He then goes on to talk about the unique discipline that arises in you from understanding releases tremendous energy in you. He tells us that energy awakens the non-mechanical part of the brain (ie, bringing awareness). He teaches us that the courage to go through this process of understanding and let this settle down is called Tapas. This brings ecstasy and joy in you.
