Hatharatnavali (Chapter 3, Verse 87)

Original Verse

"प्रातर्मध्यन्दिने सायमर्धरात्रे च कुम्भकान्॥

शन्ऐरशीतिपर्यन्तं चतुर्वारं समभ्यसेत्॥८७।"

Transliteration

"prātarmadhyandine sāyamardharātre ca kumbhakān ll

śanairaśītiparyantaṃ caturvāraṃ samabhyaset ll 87ll"

Translation

One should practice eighty rounds of Kumbhakas increasing gradually four times in a day, in the morning, noon, evening and midnight. 87
