Transliteration

tänaà çayitvä tu kurvéta çayitapaçcimatänakam ॥68॥


Translation

Lie supine and practice pascimatana to form sayita-pascimatana.

1. Lie supine. 2. Rool over bringing the toes to the ground over head. 3. Bring the hands to the toes. 4. Keep the legs straight.
