Original Verse

पादद्वयं प्रसार्यात्म-सुमुखं सुप्रसारितम् | (११)

Transliteration

pādadvayaṁ prasāryātma-sumukhaṁ suprasāritam | (11)

Translation

Stretching out the two legs (in sideways) keeping his face and chest straight, prasarita can be assumed.

Instruction

1. Sit upright. 2. Extend the legs in opposite directions.
