Transliteration
nagra äsana prathama padama äsana ko öhäne do u hätha pächä ne äne | päda aìguöhä pakaòe äëi sovai kahüëyä külyä päëi ॥ 351 ॥ goòä jaìgha agra ko däkhe masataga so sama südho räkhe | näsä agra driñöi ko dhare äsana nagra ésé vidhi karai ॥ 352 ॥ näsä rogu junä rahai visälé pénasa joya | jukhäma ädika saba harai nagräsana guëa soya ॥ 353 ॥
Translation
Adopt padmasana. Take hands over the back and cross them. Lie on the back. Keep knees touching the ground. Hold the head straight and fix the gaze at the nose.
Steps/Technique
1. Lie on your back and bring the legs in Padmasana. 2. Extend the legs on the ground 3. Cross the arms behind the back. 4. Gaze at the nose tip.
