भून्यस्तौ जानुनी हस्तौ चतुष्पदमवाङ्मुखम् उत्थापिताङ्घ्रियुगलकटिस्थलमभिरुका
bhūnyastau jānunī hastau catuṣpadamavāṅmukham utthāpitāṅghriyugalakaṭisthalamabhirukā
Translation
"Lie in prone position. Place forearms and feet on ground. Raise the trunk and head towards sky taking support from elbows and knees or toes."
Instruction
1. Lie in prone position.
2. Place forearms and feet on ground.
3. Raise the hips.
