The second day of Navaratri at KAILASA Seeragapadi featured the Alangaram darshan of Meenakshi as Brahmacharini, the goddess of austerity and purity. Adorned with a japamala and kamandalu, Brahmacharini symbolizes a life devoid of obstacles, with the guiding principle that a life without austerity is a house without light. Devotees believe that witnessing the Alangaram on this day, seated in the soil of Seeragapadi, is not merely a visual experience but the Kailasa darshan.
