With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA HOSUR celebrated the auspicious Somavara Pooja on December 22, 2025. This dedicated seva activity marked a profound commitment to the daily revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma through traditional Hindu rituals and humanitarian service. The day’s activities were a powerful confluence of worship and nourishment, focusing on sacred worship, including Abhishekam, Alankaram, and the offering of Naivedyam. The entire effort fulfilled the divine vision of THE SPH to provide the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva to humanity. Through the tireless efforts of dedicated volunteers, this auspicious Pooja enriched the lives of two individuals, reinforcing KAILASA's global mission of human consciousness awakening.

Somavara Pooja

The Somavara Pooja (worship of Paramashiva on Monday) was conducted with profound devotion and spiritual rigor by the KAILASA HOSUR ecosystem. This sacred ritual serves as a central devotional practice within the Hindu tradition, enabling devotees to connect with the divine grace of THE SPH and align themselves with the ultimate reality of Paramashiva. The entire event was executed as a comprehensive act of seva (selfless service), encompassing a wide array of spiritual and humanitarian activities vital to sustaining the temple and the community.

The extensive seva involved two dedicated volunteers who performed meticulous preparations, including deep cleaning of the temple space and necessary material arrangements. The service activities specifically included ritual, offering, cleaning, cooking, feeding, and alankaram (deity adornment), showcasing the integrated nature of worship and humanitarian action championed by THE SPH. The spiritual sequence began with the sacred Abhishekam (ritual bathing) of the deities, utilizing traditional substances such as milk, honey, and sacred ash, purifying the space and invoking divine energies for the benefit of all humanity.

Following the Abhishekam, the elaborate Alankaram was performed, dressing and adorning the deities in brilliant attire and sacred ornaments. The worship concluded with the offering of Naivedyam, pure vegetarian food blessed by Paramashiva and offered as a symbol of surrender and gratitude to THE SPH. The food prepared through the cooking seva was then distributed as Annadan, directly contributing to THE SPH's global humanitarian initiative for food security. Through this powerful day of service and devotion, the two volunteers ensured that the spiritual and material benefits of the Somavara Pooja were made accessible, successfully enriching the lives of two individuals and manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
