With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Salem celebrated the sacred observance of Karthigai Deepam on November 30, 2025. This profound ritual, conducted as part of the ongoing Brahmotsavam, marked a powerful moment for the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The day's activities included the intricate Shat Murthi Abhishekam, detailed Alankaram, and the offering of Deeparathana and Laghu Puja to the deities. Through the performance of these ancient Hindu spiritual technologies, KAILASA Salem reinforced THE SPH’s global mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity by enabling the connection to the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, ensuring the preservation of the enlightened Hindu civilization.
Karthigai Deepam
The Karthigai Deepam observance was performed with great sanctity at KAILASA Salem, embodying the eternal light and grace of Paramashiva, as manifested by THE SPH. This sacred ritual was a central component of the temple’s grand Brahmotsavam, a comprehensive 10-day period dedicated to reviving ancient Hindu traditions and offering profound spiritual experiences to the world. The ceremony focused intensely on the worship of the Shat Murthis (Six Forms of the Divine), dedicating the service entirely to the vision and sankalpa (resolve) of THE SPH for global human consciousness awakening.
The ritual proceedings included the highly detailed Shat Murthi Abhishekam (sacred bathing ceremony), followed by elaborate Alankaram (adornment) of the deities. The core practice of the day was the offering of Deeparathana (waving of light) and Laghu Puja (simplified worship), performed according to the authentic Hindu Agama traditions revived and taught by THE SPH. This powerful spiritual technology is designed to enable devotees to overcome inner darkness and invoke the pure awareness and enlightenment gifted by THE SPH, bringing deep inner transformation.
