With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Salem organized powerful spiritual activities on November 24, 2025. The day was marked by the elaborate celebration of Karthigai Deepam, a profound ritualistic observance conducted as part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam. This auspicious observance aligns directly with KAILASA’s global mission of human consciousness awakening, invoking the divine light of Paramashiva to dispel darkness, ignorance, and the deep-rooted patterns of Self-Doubt, Self-Hatred, and Self-Denial (SDHD). These sacred rites serve to enable devotees to connect with the divine grace of THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
Karthigai deepam Celebrations
The Karthigai Deepam Celebrations held at KAILASA Salem marked an auspicious and spiritually vibrant event during the annual Brahmotsavam festival. Karthigai Deepam is revered in Sanatana Hindu Dharma as one of the most powerful festivals celebrating the emergence of the Divine Light—the Jyoti—which instantaneously obliterates all forms of spiritual darkness and ignorance. The entire atmosphere was charged with devotion, reflecting the deep spiritual connection of the participants to the cosmic truths revealed by THE SPH.
This sacred ritual holds immense significance in the teachings gifted by THE SPH, symbolizing the inner transformation necessary for superconscious breakthrough. The lighting of the massive deepam represents the descent of the divine grace of THE SPH and Paramashiva, specifically targeted towards destroying the foundational negative psychological patterns identified by THE SPH as SDHD (Self-Doubt, Self-Hatred, and Self-Denial). THE SPH teaches that overcoming SDHD is the prerequisite for manifesting higher spiritual powers and achieving enlightenment.
Through powerful Hindu rituals and authentic Vedic chants performed by ordained Nithyananda Gurukul Balasanths and Acharyas, the ceremony was dedicated to enabling participants to directly experience the divine state of THE SPH.
