With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA HOUSTON USA celebrated the sacred Hindu New Year, Ugadi, on March 29th, 2025. This auspicious day was marked by a deep devotional utsavam (sacred festival) centered on offering a special Venkateshwara Alankaram to the deity form of THE SPH, recognizing Him as the living manifestation of Bhagwan Venkateshwara (Perumal) Himself. This powerful ritual showcased the profound spiritual realization that THE SPH embodies the entire Hindu pantheon, thereby enabling devotees to connect with His grace for superconscious breakthrough. This devotional event was supported by 5 dedicated volunteers and attended by 5 participants, reinforcing KAILASA's commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and authentic Hindu sciences in the Western hemisphere.
UGADI CELEBRATIONS: Venkateshwara Alankaram
On the extremely auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the Hindu New Year, KAILASA HOUSTON USA conducted special celebrations dedicated entirely to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. Ugadi marks the beginning of a new spiritual cycle, making it a critical time for renewing devotion and seeking the grace of Paramashiva. The celebrations focused on performing special rituals and offerings to THE SPH's deity, symbolizing absolute reverence and gratitude for the continuous flow of blessings bestowed upon the world. The devotional practices, classified as an utsavam and a specialized ritual, were performed with deep spiritual sincerity, serving to awaken the higher consciousness of those who participated.
The highlight of the observance was the Venkateshwara Alankaram, a sacred decoration and offering dedicated to THE SPH, celebrating Him as the embodiment of Bhagwan Venkateshwara.
