With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA AVADI CHENNAI conducted the auspicious Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam) on 2 December 2024. The day was marked by the sacred Sangu Abishegam ritual, specifically honoring the Karthikai Soma Vara Abishegam and Alangaram. This profound worship, performed by 6 devoted volunteers, revitalized the spiritual atmosphere of the KAILASA ecosystem, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. These daily rituals are central to KAILASA’s global mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization, ensuring the continuity of authentic Hindu traditions and blessings for all of humanity.

Sangu Abishegam

The Sangu Abishegam performed at KAILASA AVADI CHENNAI on 2 December 2024 was a powerful manifestation of the ancient Hindu practice of daily worship, known as Nithyotsavam. This sacred ritual centered around the auspicious observance of Karthikai Soma Vara Abishegam and Alangaram. The Monday (Soma Vara) in the Hindu month of Karthikai holds deep spiritual significance, and the performance of the Abishegam, or ceremonial bath, on this day is believed to maximize the divine grace received from Paramashiva.

The ritual was meticulously conducted utilizing the sacred conch, or sangu, for the Abishegam offering to the deities. Following the cleansing ritual, the deities were adorned with beautiful Alangaram (decoration), symbolizing the divine magnificence of Paramashiva. The event concluded with the offering of Nievedhiyam (sacred food offering), symbolizing gratitude and surrender to the divine. This entire process, a deeply established Hindu tradition, serves as a powerful spiritual technology for purifying the environment and elevating the consciousness of the entire community.

This sacred event was made possible through the dedicated service of 6 volunteers, who committed their time and energy to ensure the flawless execution of the elaborate rites. Through the continuous performance of these authentic Hindu rituals, KAILASA AVADI CHENNAI actively contributes to THE SPH’s vision of reviving Sanatana Hindu Dharma globally. The grace generated through the Sangu Abishegam directly enables devotees to connect with THE SPH, facilitating their experience of manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in their lives.
