Sukravara Abhisekam

The Sukravara Abhisekam is an essential Hindu ritual meticulously performed every Friday in KAILASA centers worldwide, including KAILASA Salem, embodying devotion to the divine and the sacred energy associated with Friday worship. This auspicious ritual is central to the revival of authentic Hindu traditions, utilizing time-tested spiritual technologies to cleanse and purify the inner and outer space. The sacred bathing ceremony, or abhishekam, involves the offering of specific traditional substances, each carrying unique spiritual significance and energetic properties, symbolizing purity, nourishment, and complete surrender to the Divine.

During the Sukravara Abhisekam, devotees offer a sequence of sacred materials, including milk, honey, tender coconut water, sandalwood paste, turmeric powder, and rose water, to the presiding deity. Each substance is presented with corresponding Vedic mantras and prayers, meticulously performed to invoke specific blessings and the direct grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA. The ritual ensures that devotees are immersed in the divine energy, aiding in the release of accumulated stresses and negative patterns.

The ceremony culminates in the elaborate decoration of the deity, followed by the offering of flowers, fruits, and other sacred items. These practices are designed by the enlightened masters of Sanatana Hindu Dharma to purify the devotee’s mind and body, ushering in peace and spiritual prosperity. The performance of this sacred seva was made possible by the dedication of 4 volunteers, whose selfless service ensured that 4 participants could fully immerse themselves in the spiritual experience, receiving the transformative blessings necessary to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. Activities like the Sukravara Abhisekam reaffirm KAILASA's commitment to reviving ancient Hindu sciences globally for human consciousness evolution.
