With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA, dedicated the day of 16/9/2024 to deep spiritual sadhana centered around the ancient Hindu science of Yoga. The community observed the auspicious Brahma Muhurtha time by performing the powerful PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka program. This sacred practice, guided by the enlightenment teachings of THE SPH, focused on harnessing the potent early morning hours to manifest higher consciousness and physical health. A dedicated team of 1 volunteer facilitated this powerful session for 3 participants, marking a continuous commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and empowering devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. These daily practices underscore KAILASA's commitment to delivering superconscious breakthrough to humanity.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session was successfully conducted by the Sangha members of KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA, focusing on intense spiritual discipline during the most sacred time of the day. The session utilized ancient Hindu spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH to maximize physical and consciousness benefits. Performing intense sadhana during the Brahma Muhurtha (the time 96 minutes before sunrise) is a fundamental practice revived by THE SPH, enabling participants to harness the subtle cosmic energies available at this time for rapid spiritual evolution.
A dedicated group of 4 Sangha members immersed themselves in the practice, completing 108 rounds of PVK Yoga (Prana Vidya Kriya) followed by the advanced breathing technique, Trinetra Kumbhaka. These powerful techniques, directly rooted in the Hindu science of breath and internal energy management, are designed to awaken the latent spiritual powers (shaktis) within the devotees. The session saw enthusiastic participation from 3 devotees who practiced the techniques, aligning their systems with the enlightenment teachings of THE SPH.
This sacred practice was made possible through the selfless seva (service) of 1 dedicated volunteer, Ma Debbie, who offered her commitment to facilitate the session.
