The community of KAILASA Kuala Lumpur initiated the day with the potent spiritual technology session, Brahma Muhurtha Time MYT 4:30am - The 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama Yoga. The session was strategically timed during the most auspicious hours of the day, known as *Brahma Muhurtha* (starting at 4:30 AM MYT), recognized in Hindu traditions as the period most conducive for intense spiritual practices and meditation, maximizing the potential for superconscious awakening as gifted by THE SPH.
