Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)
The Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam) held at KAILASA Toronto manifest the divine routine established by THE SPH for spiritual growth and community building, serving as a pillar for the revival of the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization in North America. This extensive program integrates ancient Hindu spiritual technologies designed to awaken the inner potential of every devotee. The day’s events included dedicated sessions of Yoga, establishing the physical base necessary for higher spiritual practices, followed by the deep spiritual engagement of sacred Hindu rituals. These rituals included the elaborate puja and the deeply reverential pada puja, performed with devotion to invoke the potent blessings of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA. The rituals culminated with the offering of naivedyam, symbolizing complete surrender and gratitude to Paramashiva.
The program seamlessly blended physical wellness, spiritual purification, and consciousness expansion. Specialized sessions focusing on healing were conducted, utilizing ancient Hindu sciences to restore physical and mental balance.
