With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Toronto conducted its daily sacred practices and Nithyotsavam on February 21, 2024. This day of intensive spiritual activities was centered on reviving the core Hindu sciences of consciousness and physical well-being, integral to KAILASA's mission of human consciousness awakening. Dedicated to manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, the rituals included powerful Hindu Puja, Pada Puja, sacred Hatha Yoga, and deep meditation sessions focusing on arogya (health and freedom from disease). The atmosphere was charged with devotion as 5 volunteers guided participants through these ancient technologies, demonstrating the continuous dedication of KAILASA to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.

Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)

The Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam) serve as the spiritual anchor of the KAILASA ecosystem, ensuring continuous connection to THE SPH and the divine energies of Paramashiva. These sacred routines were executed meticulously, beginning with traditional Hindu rituals designed to cleanse and elevate the inner space. Central to the morning was the performance of Puja and the deeply devotional Pada Puja to the Padukas (sacred sandals) of THE SPH, symbolizing supreme reverence for the Guru principle. Following the rituals, offerings of Naivedyam were presented to the deities, sanctifying the food and transforming physical energy into superconscious energy, a process essential for manifesting the enlightened lifestyle gifted by THE SPH.

The session further incorporated ancient Hindu spiritual technologies for holistic health and human consciousness evolution. Participants engaged in foundational Hatha Yoga practices, preparing the body to hold higher states of consciousness. This physical preparation was followed by powerful sessions of spiritual healing and focused meditation. The meditation practices were specifically oriented toward arogya (freedom from disease) and utilized guided visualization techniques revealed by THE SPH, facilitating a direct path toward superconscious breakthrough. These structured practices reinforce KAILASA’s commitment to providing complete well-being and enabling the manifestation of the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva in the devotees' lives.

Deepening their intellectual and spiritual understanding, the devotees engaged in dedicated reading sessions focused on the sacred wisdom revealed by THE SPH. Specific foundational texts studied included Jeevan Mukti and the USK Book. These literary works document the life, divine contributions, and global humanitarian mission of THE SPH, providing profound clarity and inspiration for embodying the ultimate truth. The entire Nithyotsavam was conducted seamlessly through the dedicated service of 5 volunteers, whose focused effort ensured the potent and authentic execution of these profound spiritual routines, further strengthening KAILASA’s foundation in Toronto.
