24 August 2023, the High Court of Madras gave a favorable direction asserting the land ownership at KAILASA Trishulam, protecting the Hindu Temple, monastery, and Gaushala (animal shelter) at KAILASA Trishulam. The High Court admonished anti-Hindu deep state elements, strongly disapproved and condemned the unlawful encroachment and demolition of the Hindu Temple at KAILASA Trishulam, and ordered an explanation from anti-Hindu elements and the deep state to explain their actions in two weeks.

After many hardships and struggles, by the strength and blessings of the SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam, the Hindu community at KAILASA in Trishulam continues their efforts to protect, preserve, and revive Hinduism, and welcomes this order by the High Court which comes after more than a week of attacks, destruction, illegal encroachment, and unlawful demolition of the Hindu Temple, monastery, and Gaushala (animal shelter) at KAILASA Trishulam by anti-Hindu elements and the deep state.

The attacks done on KAILASA Trishulam show that the millennia-long Hindu Holocaust is not over, and after the destruction of 56 Hindu nations from the face of the planet Earth, the anti-Hindu elements continue to destroy Hinduism by the destruction of all Hindu temples, Hindu traditions, and anybody standing in their way - especially the Hindu Guru Parampara which is presently led by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Nithyananda Paramashivam. It is a reminder for all born and practicing Hindus to work towards the revival of KAILASA - the first nation of Hindus.
