Sunday, 19th Dec 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:
1) Online Nithyananda Yoga @ 5 am - At Brahma Muhurta, a total of 8 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.
2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Kher Jia which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Shraddha.
3) eGurukul (English) #10/2021 @ 3-5 pm - Today, we had a total of 7 kids and 4 parents participated in eGurukul lesson. The lesson plan started with an offering of Shri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Swamiji in deep gratitude and devotion. After puja, Ma YY led the children into the practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama. They began with a gentle warm-up focusing on loosening the wrist joints and stretching the back followed by skeleton dance to limber up. They learned 5 new yogasanas: MAHAMUDRA-ASANA, BHADRASANA I, GVALIPAVA-ASANA, JONI ASANA, MIDAKIPAVA-ASANA I. Finally, they eased their back in Shivasana for deep relaxation. In the last segment – powers manifestation, we watched the oneness capsule and recapped the Shastra Pramana, Apta Pramana & Atma Pramana of 3rd Eye power. Today, they played with the next Advance 3rd eye powers - Copying drawings. Kids were shown 4 drawings and they were supposed to replicate the images using 3rd eye power in oneness with Swamiji. The lesson ended with chanting of the poorna mantra!
