On the thirteenth day of Nithyanandotsavam - the celebration of the 45th Jayanthi, i.e. the 45th anniversary of the happening of THE Avatar, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagadguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavaan Nithyananda Paramashivam - the nijaavataaraa, the 1008th incarnation of Paramashiva who has descended to give superconscious breakthrough to humanity. Nithyanandotsavam is being celebrated all over KAILASA - the first nation for all Hindus.

Today, the Utsava Vigraha of SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam graces us in the Leela Alankaram of Him realizing His Avataric Mission on the banks of the river Narmada in Omkareshwar.

One evening in Omkareshwar, Central India, during His spiritual wandering, in the end of the year 1999, suddenly, the Supreme Pontiff felt an excruciating pain along with a deep depression. The Supreme Pontiff felt that He had done all penance and tapas, all spiritual practices that could be done, but without any results. He felt all His efforts were in vain and there was no need to live anymore, as He felt He had given all His life only to His seeking, without learning anything about the material world. He was convinced that the whole concept of enlightenment was just a story or at least there was no chance of it in His life. He felt completely cheated and decided to walk into the Narmada river.

In the words of the Supreme Pontiff, “I entered the Narmada river. I started walking. When the water started coming up to My hip. In terrible fear, I just shut My eyes tightly and continued walking. At one point, I felt My breath to be very painful. So much pain had gone inside and at one moment, something hit Me. Suddenly something broke. When the breath came out, it came out just as bliss! I felt completely rejuvenated. It was as if the whole of life had entered Me. I fell down and saw that I was on the other shore! I do not know what happened. Suddenly, I could very clearly feel that Narmada was laughing at Me. The river Narmada is considered Paramashiva’s daughter. I very clearly felt she was laughing at Me!”

A week later, on the 1st of January 2000, The Avatār arose with the overwhelming Truth that He was One with the Universe. He then shared that it was in the utter relaxation on the banks of Narmada that the Avatāric Mission revealed itself to Him. It was then that He consciously and experientially became aware of His happening as the nijavatara of Paramashiva and His pivotal role and responsibility as the reviver of KAILASA.
