Just from yesterday night, after My blessings that you all will be showered with wealth also, I got ten email and ten new registration for Inner Awakening saying that suddenly money came, suddenly money came, just after yesterday’s night… They were saying some property got sold, some person got….some person gave money and so many different, different reasons. Suddenly people are here and saying money has come. Good! Blessings are working!

Let’s enter into today’s Sutras. Today’s Sutra, 13th Sutra in the Brahma Sutras the 1st chapter, 1st section, 13th Sutra: Vikaara Sabdanyethi chenna prachooryaat Vikaara sabdaat na iti chetna prachooryaat

Gambhirananda translates as, “If it be argued that the blissful one is not knowing to the use of a word, suffix denoting modifix say no for the word is used in the sense of abundance.”

If you don’t understand, don’t worry. I also don’t understand. I am just putting it on record. As I said, I am speaking on these Sutras for various reasons. One: to make this whole Brahma Sutras as a life science. Second: to make this whole Brahma Sutras as scientifically proven life system. I will do thorough study on all these truths, concepts, techniques, methods expressed in Brahma Sutra, scientifically record them, validate them through scientific researches. Of course, we are nobody to validate. Let us study and record it. Who can validate Badarayana? Who can validate Vyasa? No. I can say that study and record the scientific….. scientifically researchable parts. For example, when you go through certain understanding of the certain Sutra, certain parts of your non-mechanical brain gets awakened. This we can record and present it to the world in a very proper way. This way, we can do lot of work, lot of good things, hmm?

Swami Veereswarananda’s translation goes, “If it be said that Brahman is not spoken of as an independent entity in the passage on account of a word ‘tail,’ denoting part, we reply not so on account of abundance of terms denoting parts.”

Swami Shivananda translates as, “If it be objected that the term ‘Anandamaya’ consisting of bliss cannot denote the Supreme Self because of its being a word denoting a modification or transformation or product, we say that the objection is not valid on account of abundance which is denoted by suffix maya.”

As I said, I am putting it all in record so that later on when people see these discourses, it will be used as a research material also. That is the reason I am presenting some two-three persons’ views. And another one important thing you need to know, the latest Incarnation always has the benefit of upgrading all their old way of translating, interpreting, arguing. Now I have that big benefit. I can upgrade. I can take you little further. I will be able to take you little further if I translate and present to you how the orthodox commentators, that earlier commentators, My predecessors have presented this to you. That’s it! Nothing else. So if you know how our predecessors have presented it, I can upgrade.

Please understand, I wanted to tell you all, I offer My humble respects on all these great sadhus. I am not anyway disrespecting them. I am only doing My work. I am expected to upgrade. Any Incarnation in Hindu tradition is expected to take you deeper steps than the earlier Masters, than the earlier spiritual interpretations. So I am doing My profession with all My humbleness and respects to the earlier Masters. No way I am disrespecting them. It is like a research. You understand?

You see, for their period and time, how people in front of them will understand, they expressed that much. And I am fortunate, first time, youngsters are listening to Brahma Sutras. Not only young Guru is talking, young disciples are listening. ‘Gurur yuvaha Shishya yuvaha.’ That is happening for the first time. It was always Vruddha shishya gurur yuvaha or Gurur vruddha shishya yuvaha. Sometime the Guru is old and disciples are young. Sometime the disciple is old, disciples are old and Guru is young. First time we are making a unique combination. We are making a unique combination where able, young, intelligent Guru and able, young receptive disciples sitting together. So we are creating unique combination. So naturally, we can upgrade ourself, go up, next level, next level, next level.

I can say, only when a right team sits, right things are also expressed. I was trying to express Brahma Sutras for last, I think at least three years but I don’t know why, never it happened. Now suddenly with a small team of disciples, it’s flowing. It is just happening. I think right people, right time, things are really ripe and right. Let us enter into the Sutras. Again I will read the Sutra. Vikara Sabdanyeti chenna prachooryat

One of the greatest power of the Brahma Sutra is, it just fits into the context of the Master. See, I wanted all of you to understand two-three important, very important truths. Whenever a Master leaves a footprint, it will be half truth. Half truth will always be much worse than a lie. Whenever a Master don’t leave footprint like a ….birds don’t leave footprints in the air in the sky. Big problem! You can’t use the path he travelled. There is no guidance from him. There is no tips from him. There is no way he can help you. See this fun. Buffaloes leave footprint but it only leads to more and more muddy areas because buffalo go and land in mud only. Birds don’t leave footprint even though they fly in high zones. They don’t leave footprint. Now what to do?

If you want to follow the bird, there is no way. If you want to follow the buffalo, it only leads to mud. It is a big conflict. People who leave footprint are always buffaloes. It’s a basic rule. Please understand, it’s a basic rule because all footprints gets muddy in course of time. It gets muddy… It will be used based on opputunists’ opportunities and oppurtunists will text torture all the spiritual texts. They will twist, turn, disturb, misinterpret, manipulate, misrepresent, morphe all the sacred scriptures. What to do?

It’s impossible for a common man to follow the path of birds which don’t leave footprints and it is useless to follow the footprints of buffalo. So, somewhere bird needed to leave footprint. Of course, bird can’t leave footprint. It just left a smell streak. A strong smell in the air, the line through which it flew. I can say, Brahma Sutra is the smell line left by Badarayana, Vyasa. Words can’t describe. Here Badarayana brings a unique context.

In some of the Upanishads, the description about the Source and the bliss is done by the abundance of words. Because of that, bliss and Brahman are one and the same. There can be another one understanding and translation, a sacred secret you can dig out from this Sutra. Brahman is abundance. Brahman is life. Existence is life. By very nature, it goes on expanding, expanding, expanding. Understand, I will present the interpretation of this Sutra. I will present this Sutra, maybe in this angle: Existence is bliss… Existence is constant expansion. Please understand, bliss constantly expands in all dimension.

If you are experiencing levitation, automatically you will see, you are expanding in the dimension of health, wealth, relationships, in every dimension. Please understand, if you are levitating and your wealth is not expanding, your health is not expanding means something is seriously wrong. It’s not levitation, you are jumping around. Don’t hop around because these are infallible information which can never be false. Brahma Sutras, aphorisms of Existence, cosmic law… Existence is abundance, constant expansion. Whether it is in the level of understanding, in the level of love, in the level of life, in the level of health, in the level of wealth, whatever maybe but the truth of Existence is expansion. Very essence of Existence is expansion. Essence of Existence is bliss. Essence of Existence is expansion.

I wanted all of you to know these two-three sacred secrets as today’s flow for Vada-Prativada - debate. Today’s flow for en debate should be: Existence is constant expansion. So if you are living life existing, you should be expanding. Let Me give you some understandings. One: even when death comes, for example, the eighth birth, you are dying. When you die, even though you think it is… you are losing something but you don’t understand now you have the experience of ninth death. You are more rich than last moment. Till the last moment, you know only eight deaths. Now you are master of ninth death. Then the next birth happens. Then you are master of one more birth. Then life happens. You are now rich with more and more experience. Then the death happens. Now you are more rich with one more death.

And I wanted to reveal an important sacred secret to all of you from My personal experience… I think even though it is too mystical, I can reveal it. Whoever is My disciples and able to connect with what I am saying, you connect. Others, it is okay. What is there?

When I assumed this body, I collected bio-memory from Arunagiri Yogishwara, Meenakshi, little bit from Swami Vivekananda. When I collected the bio-memory and made this body and assumed the body, took birth, I saw suddenly I have updated even My Meenakshi bio-memory. Understand, bio-memory of Meenakshi continues to grow. You may think, “Are they not perfect?” They are perfect but not end. Understand, Enlightenment is ultimate but not final. Meenakshi is ultimate, no doubt but not final. The ultimate goes on exploding into ultimate. The ultimate exploding into ultimate. It is a constant expansion, constant expansion, constant expansion.

Constant expansion of certain flow is what I call abundance. Life is abundance. Existence is abundance. You go on creating. Understand, you are a creator. If you want to spend time on wealth creation, you will do that. If you want to spend time on peace creation, you will do that. If you want to spend time on creating spiritual bliss, you will do that. Constant expansion. We will bring the temple-based lifestyle back to life… I will just travel from city to city, village to village, country to country, putting My hand, one hand on the hip and the other hand on the golden staff looking up only the temple towers I am building all over the world. We will bring the temple-based Vedic lifestyle back to life.

Life is expansion. Life is expansion. We will go on be expanding, expanding, expanding. Life is abundance by its very nature. Existence goes on expanding. Even scientists are saying the whole Cosmos is continuously expanding, expanding, expanding. The very quality of Existence is expansion. Be consoled. Life is not for death. Be consoled. Existence is not sadist. There is no negativity. It is a causeless, reasonless expansion in understanding, in wealth, in life, in bliss. It is expansion, expansion, expansion… This should be the today’s thought trend: continuous expansion. Source, cause, existence is bliss. The today’s Sutra expresses the source, cause, existence is expansion, abundance.

Yesterday’s Sutra is: Source is Bliss. Yesterday I said when you realise Source is Bliss, Bliss attracts fortune. Today's Sutra the essence is: Source is expansion. Source is not just Bliss. Source is Bliss and Expansion. So today have your debate Vada-Prativada in these lines: How source is expansion? How by being in Source or being in Existence, you can go on creating? Understand, every thought which happens in you itself is abundance. Thinking is abundance. Thinking is wealth. I tell you, if you are having poverty by thinking, you want poverty as your wealth.

Whether it is poverty or wealth, your….it is your abundance. Who knows, maybe like a Tenali Rama’s cat story….Tenali Rama had a cat. Tenali Rama is a Hindu version of joker, Mulla Nasruddin. Hindu version of Mulla Nasruddin. He is from Tenali, small village from Andhra. He was a intelligent joker. You can’t even call him as a joker. A intelligent comedian in Vijayanagara’s empire. A great personality. So many stories are attributed to him… By birth, brahmin. A great guy. Amazing intelligent person.

So one day, king finds all over his country rats are there. So he wanted to kill all the rats. So he catches….he gets lot of cats and give each house one, one cat and naturally people ask, “We need milk to feed cat.” King gives all the each house one, one cow so that they can get the milk and give it to cat. So suddenly somebody came and complained to king, “People are drinking all the milk by themselves. They are not feeding the cats.” So king made a rule within one month he will call for a survey. All people have to bring their cats and it has to be well fed and fat. Everybody got the message, got frightened and without even consuming single drop of milk, whatever milk they get, they started feeding the cat. Even if the cat doesn’t want to drink, they pour in their mouth and almost all the cats have become fat except Tenali. Tenali fellow still continues to drink all the milk by himself starving the cat unto death.

Finally on the inspection day, the whole country gathered with their cats. Almost like a cat exhibition it was. They are running around all over and this poor Tenali’s cat is almost dead. He brought it by covering it with a cloth under the arms and just threw in front of the king. King was shocked, angry, looked at the Tenali Raman, “What is this? What have you done with all the milk?” Tenali very innocently says, “O my lord, I don’t know but this cat does not drink milk.” King looked in and thought, ‘What? Cat doesn’t drink milk?’ “Come on, let’s have medical test.”

They brought the milk, put it in front of the cat but really the cat ran away seeing the milk pot. King was shocked, “How can this be?” King surrendered to Tenali, “I know you will prove whatever you say. No medical test will work on you but I just wanted you to reveal the truth to me so that I will sleep peacefully. Otherwise I will die thinking how can a cat run away seeing a milk pot.” Then Tenali said, “I wanted to tell you the foolish act you are doing by feeding so much of milk to these poor cats. If you feed so much milk, how will they kill the rat? Why will they kill the rat and eat if you are giving so much milk?”

Then king suddenly realized, “O God, that’s right. I shouldn’t have given the cow. I sent the cat to kill the rats and if we are giving so much milk to the cat, they all will drink nicely and lie down.” Anyhow, Tenali Raman said, “All I did is, one day, made hot milk, really, really boiling milk I kept and allowed the cat to drink. That’s all. Only once that fellow put his mouth, tongue on that milk and stopped. After that, even if he sees any white liquid, that’s all. He disappears from the very spot.”

Understand, maybe you burnt your tongue like Tenali Raman’s cat. You wanted to run away from wealth. You are creating, accumulating poverty. Who knows? So poverty is your choiceful negative abundance.

Poverty is your choiceful negative abundance. Understand, poverty is your choiceful, negative abundance. You go on planning and I have seen people feeling very pride about their poverty and you spend so much time in making it sacred also. Like slowly the garbage can becoming Deity. Sometime in the Hindu villages, you will be shocked, even if the garbage can looks like Shivalinga, they put that upside down. If you put it upside down, it will look exactly like Shivalinga and start putting a cloth and start the puja. Really, sometimes it happens but anyhow, there is another one dimension: we can worship anything.

If we were not in the space of worshipping all the milestones installed by British, we would have been in the space of British which was destroying everybody. You need to be cultured to look God in a small roadside milestone…. You don’t need to be cultured to use the bullets and phirangi to kill innocent people in Jallianwala Bagh. For that, you don’t need to be cultured but you need to be cultured to worship the roadside milestones as God. Still we are carrying the intellectual wound they infected on us. I have come to heal that wound, the intellectual wounds they infected on Hindu tradition. We are not bothered about all the gold they swindled from here and took. We are not bothered about all the wealth they grabbed and sucked our country and took it to their country. I am not bothered about that because consciously we are rich. We will go on creating richness.

I have studied. I tell you, the most stable economy in the planet earth is Indian economy. During the worst global crisis, eight out of ten Indians did not even know that big global crisis is going on. Eight out of ten Indians did not stop buying or purchasing anything because we have a second, third underground economy…. No, you see, we are a gold based economy. Go to every middle class house. You will see at least hundred gram gold. If it is little upper middle class, you will see at least one kg gold. We are a gold based economy, saving based economy. By our religion and faith, we believe you need to make wealth for your kids, grandkids. Only then they will give you Shraddha and Pinda Tarpana. So just for that, you have to save, save, save, save, save. We are saving based civilisation.

The idea that ‘my last cheque should bounce’ will not sell in India. The West, ask any middle class man. He will say, “My last cheque should bounce. If that much is there, then enough.” But in India it is not like that. Save, save, save, save, we are a saving based civilisation. Only in India, maximum percentage of the people own their house, own their car. Very stable economy. I went through all the statistics. It is a wrong idea of economy which the western countries are using or the wrong scale to show themself in the higher place and India in lower place. Otherwise, I tell you, we are rich. That is why I am telling you, I am not bothered at all the wealth they sucked from India and took. Eh! We give it for many beggars but they cannot be forgiven for the intellectual wounds they inflicted on My Veda Mata. I will heal the wound and make them understand so that they don’t repeat these kind of things on any other civilisations.

Constantly in you every moment thoughts are happening. It is life. Understand, thoughtless space is your inner wealth; thoughts are your outer world wealth. So both are your abundance. Don’t aband thinking. I am giving you the new clarity. Resting in no-mind state that does not mean you will hate thinking. I wanted all of you to know, don’t think I don’t have thinking. I am beyond thinking and thinking is also happening in Me like a blood circulation. Are you worried about the blood circulation happening in your body? No! Then why should you be worried thinking happening in your system? How the blood circulation happening in you is not disturbing you, same way, thinking happening in Me is not disturbing Me. This is one of the important sacred secret.

It was always misunderstood the Enlightened person will not have thinking. No! I am telling you very clearly, I have at least forty two times more number of independent thinking files happening than anyone of you. For example, if you can remember about particular department work and follow it up, think further about it, update that file and maintain it, I can maintain forty two files. Two cycle than any normal man, I can say, most intelligent normal man. Only thing, like a blood circulation is not disturbing you, My thinking circulation is not disturbing Me, that’s all. People who live around Me are shocked by My memory power or the remembrance or the maintenance of the old files. I am telling you, in forty two independent logics are functioning in My system. I am not disturbed by that thinking, that’s all.

So thinking is abundance. Don’t hate it…. If you are thinking about poverty, you will create the abundance of poverty. If you are thinking about wealth, you will create the abundance of wealth. You will create the abundance what you want, that’s it. For example, now you decided to sit with Me, go on listening and expanding about your understanding of Brahma Sutras. So naturally this is the abundance you are accumulating. So everyday you are becoming rich in the inner space. The abundance is happening. If you decide to accumulate wealth, then spend time to find out the ways of creating wealth. You will accumulate that. That’s it.

Zero one, zero one, zero one, zero one is your inner space. The zero is restful awareness, one is thought. Just because I am using the word zero one, zero one, zero one, don’t think it is against each other. No! Both are happening in you. The restful awareness is the inner wealth and thoughts are the outer wealth. Thoughts are abundance; restful awareness is Bliss. It is like a….the inner bone in elephant is called teeth. The extended teeth is a tusk. Same way, the inner peace is Bliss and the extended Bliss is thought. Stop hating thought. By hating thought or trying to stop a thought, you will only suffer more and more. It is life destructive. You will never be successful.

So understand, be not disturbed by thinking. That happens by practice of unclutching, nothing else or even decision. Just a conscious decision also can make you realise. Understand and look, live. Life is abundance, life is abundance, life is rich, life is Enlightenment, life is life. Life is abundance means Existence is abundance and thinking is not opposite to restful awareness or enlightenment. Real enlightenment is not being disturbed by thinking like blood circulation. Blood circulation, heart beating, breathing - all these things are happening in you. You are not disturbed by it. Then why should you be disturbed by thinking? Being beyond thinking is Enlightenment. So use thinking for abundance. Don’t disrespect thinking or misuse thinking, abuse thinking. Think and create abundance - wealth. Existence is expansion.

Yesterday the sacred secret is: Existence is Bliss. Today’s sacred secret is: Existence is Abundance. I bless you all who are sitting with us at this moment in 626 places, in 235 cities, in 33 countries.

We will spend few minute with this truth. Thinking is not against Enlightenment. Just sit now as Enlightened Being without being bothered about thinking, by thinking just like a blood circulation, breathing, air circulation, thinking is happening in you. See in your system. One side, digestion is going on in the stomach, in the lungs air system is going on. The heart, blood pumping is going on. The whole body, blood is getting circulated. Then Samana, samana vayu is getting circulated. Just the same way, thinking is going on. That’s all. Why should you be disturbed by it? Just sit. Like breathing, blood circulation, digestion, thinking. Sit and relax in this truth. Let the inner awakening of being beyond thinking happen in you all.

I welcome you all with My love and respects. I welcome all the devotees, disciples, samajis, satsangis who are sitting with us around the world. Today we are entering into a very important subject. I can call this as a sutra for inner nuclear power. The last sutra Patanjali was preparing us for a deep love and friendliness. The reason was he is going to reveal some of the very powerful, very deep, power related secrets; secrets to experience the highest spiritual powers - the nuclear power - Inner nuclear power.

See, the risk with this great science is just like nuclear power it can be misused. See, the nuclear power is used creatively, in no time we will produce enough food for the whole world. We can produce all the clothes necessary for the whole world. We can create all the luxuries - which are only now part of few people - as a normal life to every human being. If this nuclear energy is used creatively so much can be done. But unfortunately, unconsciousness of human being and the tendency of handful of people that all should not be equal to them… Please understand, poverty is not because of any other reason except the ego and arrogance, the jealousy carried cherished by just few, not even million, few thousand people in the planet earth. The highest luxuries and comforts which they are having in their life should not become part of regular life, normal life, for all human beings. That is the only reason why still poverty is in the planet earth.

Poverty cannot be eradicated by charity. For last 1000s of years, 1000s of charitable organizations are trying to remove poverty. No. Poverty can be eradicated only by conscious people getting into the power of making decisions. Just if you stop creating nuclear weapons and divert 1/10th of that energy in creative side, food, shelter, medical care, clothes; all the luxuries can become part of normal life. The decision makers need to respect consciousness.

Human beings are not accidents. They are incidents happening in the planet earth for higher purpose. Just this one understanding if it penetrates the decision makers! You think we don’t have wealth. You think we don’t have intelligence. No. we just don’t have love, heart. It is lack of love, responsible for poverty and suffering in the planet earth; not lack of infrastructure. I tell you humanity has reached the fulfillment of the outer infrastructure on January 1st 1978. After that only I landed on the planet earth. I am not making any stories or jokes. I tell you humanity has reached whatever necessary for the outer world fulfillment at least two cycle before My advent of birth.

When I landed I saw very clearly now the humanity needs only one thing - it is inner awakening. When I assumed My body I was very clearly planning - what is the real knowledge or the essence we need to carry. See when you go for a trip, tour you know the purpose and you pack up based on that. If it is a trekking, you base trekking shoes and all those things. If it is spiritual tourism you pack up things necessary for that. For every tourism you pack up things which is required. So before landing I saw very clearly what really needs…. what is the need of planet earth for Me to pack up. I saw very clearly it is love and consciousness; nothing else. Planet earth does not need intelligence to create infrastructure. It needs little more consciousness and love in the heart of the decision makers.

Just two-three things, the amount of energy we put on producing weapons to destroy others, in that only 1/10th of energy if we divert it to creativity… the amount of money we spend to protect our borders - 1/10th of that money if we decide to share with the neighboring countries, there will not be poverty in the neighboring countries and they will not try to penetrate your fence and they will not go on digging tunnels to come into your country. It is just little bit of consciousness on decision makers; just a simple decision to make all the things available to us as a normal life for human beings.

Just like atomic power can be used or misused, it can be used to produce whatever human beings need, for all human beings on the planet earth or it can be misused to destroy the whole planet earth without human beings. Either it can be used to create whatever luxuries available on the planet earth or it can be used to destroy whatever is there in the planet earth. The whole life can be wiped out.

The concept of wealth which encourages continuous creation, the concept of wealth which continuously encourages creation - not which leads human beings towards destruction, which leads human beings towards creation. One side millions of human beings are dying because they don’t have medical care. Other side millions of human beings are killed because they wanted to retain their boundary. One side millions are dying without food, other side millions are dying because of too much of eating. Starving and obesity - it is just consciousness which is needed, not the infra structure.

What is going on? I think I need to really create this question towards all the people who are decision making on the planet earth. Six billion people! At least two billion are working full time and all our ancestors have created so much of intelligence and infrastructure, machineries and system! What are you guys are doing still if you are not able to provide food, cloth, medical care and basic comforts for this six billion people? Something is seriously wrong. The right way of using power.

Patanjali is now going to talk about the great science of inner nuclear power. That is why he wants you to be prepared before initiating you into the power. It’s a very powerful technique. Unless you prepare yourself with the last technique means doing samyama on love, doing samyama on friendliness, you should not enter into this process. Please understand if you enter into today’s process without doing samyama on love and friendliness, without creating heart, friendliness, love in you, if you create power, it will be almost like nuclear weapons being caught in the hands of terrorist; very dangerous.

The nuclear weapons are caught in the hands of terrorist. It is not only dangerous for themselves, dangerous for the whole world. Not only dangerous for the whole world dangerous for themselves because the terrorist is already in the tendency of suicidal. When a man is in that mood of suicidal he will not bother to destroy the whole world because he thinks ‘ehh anyhow I am not going to exist why others should exist? Let everybody die.’ Only a man who is interested in life, love, interested in living, the man who is interested in living, only…. only man who is interested in living and life should enter into this samyama.

It is 131st sutra of Patanjali yoga sutras and 3rd chapter 25th verse. Subject is ‘Awaken your Inner Power’ ‘Unleash your Inner Power’. The sutra is baleshu hasti baladini; a very powerful sutra. Swami Vivekananda translates this sutra as: through samyama on the strength of the elephant and other creatures their respective strength comes to the yogi. Swami Prabhavananda translates as: by making samyama of any kind of strength such as that of the elephant one obtains that strength. Swami Sachidananda translates as: by samyama on the strength of the elephants and such other animals, other such animals, their strength is obtained.

Before entering into the sutra I wanted you to understand few basic truths. You are not as solid as you think. You are just liquid. Any shape your inner space takes, your inner essence also takes that same space. You are what you think you are. You are what you do samyama as you are. You are what you strongly believe ‘you’ as you are. Whatever you contemplate in your inner space consciously, you express that in your life. You can see the living proof of this in so many great yogis life in Vedic tradition.

When Ramakrishna did samyama on the attitude of being a women and serving Devi… he calls it sakhi bhava. He felt he is the servant of Devi, woman servant of Devi, maid of Devi and the biography says literally he had periods; all the physical expressions of women in his body. Same way when he did samyama on Hanuman, visualizing himself as a monkey and servant of Rama, he says and there are records, from his back bone that tail has started growing - even tail started happening. And in the recent days Swami Chinmoy, Sri Chinmoy, a powerful yogi, great Indian yogi lived in New York. He can lift just like that elephants. He will literally lift elephants. He will make a platform, make elephant stand on it and lift it.

I have seen in My life, My own Master, mentor, Yogi Yogananda Puri, Raghupathi Yogi; he will lift any size stones, any size rocks. I have seen with My eyes… not even using both hands, he will just roll in one hand. I really lost respect for the concept of weight after living around him. He will just roll in one hand huge rocks taller than him and just give one kick, they will roll. I still remember in Arunachala hill there was a huge rock - at least 10 feet tall huge rock. For some reason he was talking about that rock when we were sitting there. Then suddenly he said come on let us move this rock. I said only we two are here, how can we move. He said two are not needed, you just keep quiet and he just moved it with one hand. I was shocked. But I thought maybe it was standing on a cliff and he just pushed it. Then I realized after he showed the next step. He just lifted it and moved. Of course difficult for normal, logical mind to believe but when you see nothing can be done.

Forget about all these extraordinary old yogis. See in our ashram. Everybody knows when the kundalini is awakened how you lift three times more your weight. The other day I was talking to a weight trainer. He said maximum a man can lift only… a normal people especially who don’t practice this weightlifting and all, they can lift equalent to their weight. That itself is with lot of difficulty. But in our ashram whoever is initiated now into yellow [means yellow cloth - for krama brahmacharya initiated people], at least we have 100 yogis in our ashram who has lifted three times more than their weight. When they get into samyama, three times more weight they are able to lift. I can say this samyama we already proved. We can now scientifically prove this samyama. How when a person gets into that samyama and kundalini awakens, the extraordinary strength is expressed through the body. I can see normally, especially brahmacharinis who can’t even lift more than 10-15kg are lifting 150kg. The kundalini power of samyama!

Before entering into this sutra understand these three things. You are what you think you are. You are not solid as you think. You are liquid. So the change of shape of your inner space changes the personality of you. Third, samyama on anything, expresses those qualities physically in your life; not just mentally… physically. This sutra is a powerful technique to achieve whatever you want.

Patanjali is a intelligent guy. He is a very intelligent guy. That is why he first teaches you to be loving and compassionate consciousness. Then he gives you the technique to achieve whatever you want. Baleshu hasti baladini. By doing samyama on anything like elephants the powers of that can be gained. For example: if you do samyama on elephant, you being an elephant, you will just express that power, strength of elephant. If you do samyama you being tiger, you will just express that strength of the tiger. If you just do samyama you being lion, you will express that strength of that lion. Any samyama you do you will express that extraordinary power.

Ramakrishna calls it as bhava samadhi. In any bhava you enter, that bhava intensely expresses through you; even your body changes. I will do a study and prove. I will make our yogis, brahmacharis and brahmacharinis who are… whose kundalini is awakened, who are able to do samyama. I will make them do samyama on elephant and prove this power of this samyama. If they are able to lift normally ‘x’ amount of weight I will prove through this samyama they will be able to lift ‘10X’ 10 times more weight. I will prove, you will see. If their weight is 50 kg, if they are able to lift only 50 kg with all effort, struggle, I will make them do samyama, this samyama and awaken the kundalini and prove 10 times more weight they will be able to lift. It’s a powerful samyama process. Especially if your kundalini is awakened if you are already levitating, understand, this samyama will immediately work on you.

Only thing I want to tell you; first do samyama on love, compassion so that when you get these kind of deeper samyamas and express extraordinary powers, you will not misuse it, you will not abuse it; you will not destroy people using the inner powers. Inner powers are dangerous if you are not intelligent. Inner powers are really, really, really dangerous if you are not mature. Samyama on anything will make that happen in you. Bhava the attitude or visualization you enter becomes reality. Any bhava you enter into becomes your life. Any bhava you assume on yourself becomes living reality.

That is why I constantly insist on all our ashramites, devotees - enter into the bhava of the leader, enter into the bhava of your Master. Do samyama on your Master. You will imbibe all the qualities of the Master; his intelligence, his vaak, his clarity, his pure inner space, his strength, will express in your being; his strong commitment and dedication. Or if you don’t trust the Master that much, at least do samyama on those qualities. If you don’t think Master is personification of those qualities, just directly do samyama on those qualities. But doing samyama on these great leadership qualities… but you should do samyama clearly defining. You cannot just say ‘All good qualities let it happen.’ No, that doesn’t work. You should pick up specific clear instruction. ‘Joy, always joy’; defined words, words which your mind takes cognizance, which it can grasp.

Try this samyama today; Clear idea. First pick up this one samyama; meditate on elephant. Just completely center yourself on elephant feeling you are elephant. You have all the strength of elephant. Your whole body is filled with the intense strength of elephant. And see within 24 hours how your whole strength level changes. I will do a thorough study on this samyama; even the muscle strength and power and bone strength changes. Now we have after all many machineries can study the bone strength and muscle strength. I will make these yogis do the samyama on the elephant just for one week; morning half an hour evening half an hour, awaken the kundalini and do the samyama and I will prove within a week how the bone strength and the muscle strength drastically increases. Anybody who has diseases related to strength like arthritis, osteoporosis; all the diseases related to strength can be completely healed by this samyama. This samyama is specially for that.

Now enter into samyama. I tell you only once if you are initiated into samyama, kundalini awakening, it is like a master key. Anything you want you can achieve. You can apply that science anywhere you want. Patanjali goes on giving you 100s of samyamas. If you want that, go and open that door; that’s it. If you want this, go and open that door. It is like 100 treasury rooms are there, you have a master key. Any treasure you want, you go and open that; that’s it.

Close your eyes and sit. Intensely do samyama on elephant. Visualize you are a strong powerful elephant as Patanjali describes baleshu hasti baladini. Let the samyama on the strength of the elephant happen in all of you. Let you all experience intense physical strength and power, health of elephant, strong elephant.
