KAILASA is the union of Hindu Kingdoms which are mentioned in the Hindu cosmic constitution of Vedas and Agamas. There were 56 Hindu Kingdoms extending up to Southeast Asia.

The Bujang valley is an ancient archeological site in Kadaram ( Kedah of Malaysia today ).

The shrines in this site were built before the advent of Rajaraja Chola, who set into Kadaram in the 11th century, indicating the existence of the enlightenment centric Hindu civilization which made the indigenous culture of the land.

It is time humanity as a collective consciousness, look within and cognize the importance of a conscious-centric culture and lifestyle, evidenced by the indigenous traditions of the land.

On this day, the SPH conducted a Discourse in Oklahoma, USA. There SPH revealed the Science of Healing through meditation and hosted an intimate Q&A session to which SPH compassionately provided His unique insights. To a devotee’s question regarding the criticism and negativity from the negative people. SPH beautifully answered: ‘’Understand, it is you who choose to get hurt. Whenever you are criticised, why are you so much bothered? You do not know about yourself. You don’t have self-respect. That is why you are shaken by somebody else’s opinion. If somebody says, ‘You are dog,’ you just bark at him. If somebody says, ‘mad’ you just yell at him. You prove that you are dog, you prove you are mad. Because you don’t have self-respect, you just give respect for their words.’’

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam expounded on the 125th sutra of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and specifically on the Hindu Truth of Past Lives. SPH explained that the first the basic truth about past life is that our soul, the individual soul is the reflection of the cosmic soul. Swatma is the reflection of the Paramathma. Our body is the mirror on which the reflection is happening. Every time, when we take a new birth, we take a new pad or mirror. So Buddha's Jataka Tales are the tales of all the mirrors He assumed. On this day's Presidential Address, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam opened with the acknowledgment and celebration of the 10th day of the Paramashivaratri Brahmotsavam. After receiving blessings, The SPH revealed the Royal Knowledge, Raja Vidya, and the Royal Secret, Raja Guhyam, to all Kailasa delegates, diplomats and disciples. His Nithyananda Satsangh continued onward, revealing that Love is the fragrance of Tyaga, and Tyaga itself is a superpower to manifest Paramashivatva within us.

On this day's Presidential Address, the SPH opened by receiving the blessings of Devi on the ninth day of the Rajarajeshwari Brahmotsvam then went on to deliver a powerful Satsangh on how to maintain a healthy, energetic body. The SPH stated that when a body is used actively, intensely, it is healthy. When the internal organs are kept active, it has a long life. And, the mind when it is sincere, is kept focused and aligned to the purpose of life.

Kailasa delegates, diplomats and disciples received an initiation into the Truth: Consciousness, spontaneously and simultaneously manifests itself, and a sacred secret to manifest this state is fasting. The SPH stated, “I will highly recommend that if you are an initial level seeker, once a week, treat yourself royally, means, stop eating 24 hours – absolutely no food. If you are sincere about Enlightenment, then twice a week treat yourself royally, means – stop eating 24 hours, absolutely no food… All your internal organs will become alive!”
