LatinAmerica, INAUGURATION Nithyananda YOGA with the addition of Initiations; the 1st week of inauguration of Nithyananda YOGA we got to many people with aches and unable to move, thus we upgraded to add a healing initiation which removes the air-gaps in the joints towards healing & towards being able to have flexibility and we also did Enriching initiation; the initiations took place before YOGA. with the initiations the acceleration into the 108 yoga assanas took place. From not being able to bend into the postures to doing the most difficult assanas/postures.
Classes conducted LIVe by Sanchari and also classes conducted following the videos; we have a schedule time for Portugues and another time for Spanish.
Although both languages also do mix
