Description:

In today’s morning Satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda details the characteristics of thought currents, thought trends and how to affectively deal with the two. Basically, we should focus on what we can control – our thought trend. Since our thought current cannot be controlled, we should not feel responsible for it. It only makes us feel powerless. We can drop it, be free from it! For example, understand this analogy – thought currents are like the deep undercurrent of a river, you can’t stop its flow with your stick or oar! But you can glide smoothly on the surface of the river, controlling the direction of your boat – this is your thought trend.
