ENRICHING ACTIVITIES
1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta. Today was our day 841 of BrahmaMuharta Yoga and Puja.
2. RUDRAM CHANTING SESSION
Sri Rudram is an ancient Vedic chant found in the Taiitiriya Samhita of the Krishna Yajur Veda, devoted to Rudra, the Lord of rejuvenation. Worshipping Rudra replaces you with a "new you" by acting fiercely against all your patterns, karmas and the unconsciousness, and creates the space for new possibilities. With Bhagawan's grace and blessings, Sri Rudram was taught to all participants after Rudrabhishekam was performed at San Jose Temple. The session ended with arati to Sri Nithyanandeshwara after the alankaram.
3. Postings done on different Social Media Platforms Facebook, Twitter, Medium and others.
