GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)

1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA

We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.

2. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING

We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.

3. PALLIYARI PUJA

We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.

ENRICHING ACTIVITIES

1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta. Today was our day 824 of BrahmaMuharta Yoga and Puja.

2. UNCLUTCHING MEDITATION

When you are not transferring the stress and load created by one thought to the other thought and carrying that load constantly. Please understand, usually you transfer the load and the stress you create by one thought to the other thought and when you are constantly transferring those emotions to the next thought your inner space becomes insensitive, loaded with so much of emotions, it naturally sinks into depression, restlessness, boredom – all the negative emotions. Unclutching is not connecting one thought and the other thought and carrying the same stress and emotions. When you unclutch you stop carrying the stress and negative emotions from one thought to the other thought and when you don’t carry that stress, suffering, negativity, pressure, restlessness from one thought to the other thought naturally you experience peace inside.
