Saturday, 16th Jan 2021 - Today's temple sevas & enriching activities included: 1. Nithyananda Yoga - Two sessions were hosted by our yoga acharya, Yogajnanananda :- 1) 5 -7 am at Brahma Muhurta, 33 lives were enriched with the practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama, 2) from 7-8 am, 46 lives were enriched for Yoga Sutras satsang. 2. Temple sevas - Started with Suprabatham, Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi by Ma Kher Jia. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Yogajnana. 3. eGurukul Group#2 @ 2-4,30 pm - Today, we started with another new eGurukul group with 10 kids and 7 parents, out of which 6 were new kids. To begin, we introduced Gurukul and the Guru, Swamiji to the kids followed by Nithyananda Yoga practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama led by Ma YY. Next, we gathered in a circle to understand the powerful cognition of the 4 levels of perception - perception, fact, truth & reality! Gurukul is all about moving kids from 5-senses perception to reality! The last segment was giving the context of powers manifestation gifted by Swamiji followed by a demo by an existing Gurukul kid, Lizz who demonstrated 3rd eye power of blindfold reading and threading the needle. All the kids were intrigued by the power manifestation. We concluded the session with poorna mantra. 4. Temple Seva of Sacred bath & Alankaram - The alankaram team comprising Ma Phyllis, Ma Kher Jia, Ma Meiyun, ma Jayanta, Ma Govinda and Sean Neoh came to offer the seva of alankaram for 17 deities..
