Flood Relief Charitable Services by Nithyananda Global Initiatives

Description:

A team of volunteers from Nithyananda Global Initiatives (NGI) began Flood Relief Work in the affected areas of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh which experienced the worst floods in a century. To help the people in their hour of need, a team of Ananda Sevak volunteers mobilized food, clothes, medicines and first aid material to help the people in the affected areas. More than 1000 families were helped in Karnataka. In Andhra Pradesh 120 families were provided shelter in the flood affected area. Currently the organization is working on building houses in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, for the people who lost their houses during the floods.
