Title:

Suffering versus Suffocation in Your Spiritual Journey

Description:

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this discourse delivered at a Satsang with the students of Vivekananda Yoga University, Swamiji tells us that our lives are constantly updating itself...you cannot step into the same river twice. In answering a question as to whether if we are suffering we are growing spiritually, he emphatically tells us NO! He says that if there is intense yearning for spiritual growth there will be yearning or suffocation, but never suffering. Suffering is from the outside, Aagamya whereas Suffocation is from Prarabhda.
