0.56 Today’s message: Upanishad. This whole Himalayas is Upanishad, just be. It’s constantly radiating this one message - JUST BE. Upanishad means sitting with the master. This Himalayas is the ultimate master. Catch this thread of just be.
2.06 See if something excites you again and again and again, that is the path for your enlightenment. So make sure just being the Upanishad, excites you again and again and again. That is your sadhana.
2.32 Upanishad: just sitting. You can’t talk too much about silence. You can only live. You can’t say too much about Upanishad, you can only be. Maybe we will sit in the hall and spend more time. Let’s gather for next session. Today we will have some sessions and lot of activities. So take this as today’s message, just be Upanishad.
5.01 Be with this Himalayas; be with this Ganga, be with the Master. You have Murti, Teertha, Sthala; all the three. Ganga is Teertha, Sthala is Himalayas, Murti is Master. You have all the three; experience enlightenment. Achieve and radiate the eternal bliss, Nithyananda. Thank you. 5.30
