Prayer. Welcome. Before start9ing the press meet I just want to give you one or two presentations. I invited all of you for a very important revelation to share with you all. The press meet is mainly to release certain statements given by CID, Karnataka to the Rama Nagara Court. We will give you the whole presentation. DC quoted quoted CID sources 83 times, Bengaluru Mirror … after all this, we requested the Ram Nagar court. We filed a petition neither I did anything wrong nor I confessed anything to the CID. We requested to the court, we requested court to please let them produce all the video tapes in the court so that we will prove to the word neither I did anything wrong nor I uttered those things to CID. Plese understand how disgrace all this is on my women devotees. How much of their faith, emotions and sentiments are deeply hurt. After all this we want to find a solution for this. they go on abusing and we asked the court for the tapes. The CID has given a report stating that they are not having any audio or video tapes of interrogation on Nithyananda. This whole thing was recorded by fixed cameras on the wall. And they also had handy camera and tape recorder. Now they are saying entire video and audio recording are not with the CID. I am not accusing or disrespecting the CID in any way. I am not damaging their name or credibility. Sanjay marketing system….apparently a case has been registered on the marketing company which itself was employed by the CID…how is it… On the other hand all of you know the record short time within which they filed charged sheet on me and my devotees. First charge sheet on the CD, 2nd they filed a charge sheet on the kerosene given by local villagers. 3rd charge sheet for a false complaint that police were interrupted here. The first statement I read was shocking for us. The next statement – the COD says…as per IO - no material or documents were provided to any visual or print media, magazine and internet ….apart from this nothing was given by the CID to anybody till today! I wanted all the media to know …The CID has cleanly washed its hands of the entire news reports during the interrogation. I can give you 1000s of samples ….we have all these files about each media has quoted and huge bunch of CDs where media has aired clearly quoting that CID has told them. I want to come back to open questions to all of you. who is to take responsibility for the damage caused to me, my mission and mainly to my female disciples. Some media are reporting I am running a prostitution. The amount of service we provide to this cournty and society…I have lawyers, doctors, engineers, PhDs, they all have come men & women both side leaving their everything to serve this country. Pl understand per week 10,000/- people get medical care, per month at least 10,000 kids get education support. I cannot do all this myself. I am a single man. All these people who left their lives and came here….blatant lies have been spread about me which has directly caused so much of hurt and injury to my devotees and disciples. How can the injustice done to them be explained while the press kept getting sensational news from CID. Our voice was never heard. Ashram conducted a press meet on March 6th within few days of …so much of irreparable dame is done in the name of the CID source. But now, suddenly they are washing off their hands. Any how now the truth has come in front of the court. I request all the honest media to please help me to re-build my mission. I am not here to blame the CID, I cannot stand their anger, I cannto handle their anger. I am not accusing abusing the CID or I am not accusing you also. I am just presenting the whole thing to all of you as a fact. I am just presenting what all has been done and what they are presenting in the court. Only in the court truth can come out. They have given this in an affidavit. I have volumes, bundles small and big media, print news media in many languages collected quoting the CID sources. Now they have given affidavit in court that they have not given any info to any m edia. My only request I called all of you share this info. My only request is to please help me to rebuild my mission, help me to continue my services to the world, to spirituality and the social services. I think all of you should now come up and answer. Can any of you say so much of harassment my devotees went through. In 17 places sarees of my brahmacharinis have been pulled. More than 300 abusive calls for prostitution have been received by my welcome center. And they get all this after they have left their life and have come here to serve the country. How can any justification be done for the damage done to me and my disciples. Maninly my disciples. They are not able to walk in the street. They are not able to teach. We are not an organization sitting in a cave and sitting. We are an organization continuously doing research to share with the world. I think last time I shared with you all an imp research on mitochondria. We now have further reports stating 50% ….the state of art research has started ….teleportation means moving an object from one place to another through energy. And teleportation even in its infancy stages….the original photons get destroyed. But we have successfully proved in the pilot study of teleporting vibudhi and kumkum across the globe from India to USA, Malyasia and Oman. I will call of you and you will see in front of our eyes – usually we teleport vibudhi & kumkum to Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, USA. Now this ist he research on the physical and mental health through our meditation program. Actually this research we have done with scientists and doctors of Rajeev Gandhi Science University. We are doing another study now through the Ohio University…you can send 2-3 representatives. April 13th I am starting the program. I will give you free entry. You can send 5 or 10 representatives, they can also learn meditation and through meditation I will show teleportation through them. it is not a mystery or something. It is just a clear simple science. Pilot study is successful. We have done actually more than 15 studies on teleporting vibudhi, kumkum to different places. Nobody has ever filed a petition in the court for interrogation tapes…in this what accused no. 1 said is I have never said … My name has been destroyed, reputation has been destroyed. Becos media has been saying CID sources. So we wanted to clear our name. what kind of person will collect all these news papers? We have close to 300 individuals basically who are only on this job. All the leading lawyers have been telling him now is the time to hit back. Now is the time to file a defamation against the media and CID. I am honestly asking you a question. What am I supposed to tell him. Every other lawyer has been telling you are foolish. And he still watns an answer from me. I am sure all of you are having questions on the charge sheet. With respect to those things the CID has made a far bigger revelation. They are going to very soon submit a separate application which will convince everyone that the charge sheet is nothing but hear say. Q: Source of this problem is couple of politicians in Tamil nadu. Same way person who stole the …is it practical for me to reveal the names? I did not meet the press in the beginning just becos of their threat. Already in 17 places in TN and Karnataka sarees have been pulled. In so many places my brahmacharinis have been attacked. I am not able to file a single FIR – me or my disciples. That is the power they have. How do you expect me to reveal their name now, let me reveal it in the court. See the practical side. It is not that easy to live in this country. Why did I tell? Becos many were asking source of conspiracy. I need to tell the theory na. some mecia already collected some evidences. To answer them I have to say. It is not that name will not be revealed at all. It will come out in the court. Q: There were couple of things that were mis quoted by media… I neither did any of those acts nor did I confess. Becos I did not confess I asked the court that cid produces those tapes….i never said it is me in the video. Neither I said it is me or not me. I have not confessed anything.
