Original Verse

"sÝc³]alnay v&]asnivze;kan! , jnneiNÔydaF(aRy kae[Éedan! sm_yset! ."

Transliteration

"saptacakrakñälanäya våkñäsanaviçeñakän jananendriyadäròhyäya koëabhedän samabhyaset"

Translation

One raises the whole body on palms alone with hands fully stretched.

Instruction

"1. Bring the hands on the ground. 2. Lift the body all the way up, feet pointing to the sky 3. Hold body straight up."
