Joga Pradipika (54-59)
॥गोडा बांवा पाद की आष मांहिली सोय।
दछि चरन को वारिलौ ता परि गुलफ समोय॥ ५३
॥वामपाद को माहि लौ बहुरो गुलफ जु जान।
ता परि गोडा दछि की आंष बारिली ठान॥ ५४
॥ बहुरि भुजा दोउ कर की जोउ
कहुण्या लगति प्रकारो सोउ॥ भुजपसारि अधर करि राषै नासादिृष्टि वचन नहि भाषै॥५५
॥ दोउ हाथ सो आडै वाई
मथै भुजा मथान की नाई॥ सकल पवन मथ्यो यूँ जावै सो पुनि नेती नाम कहावे॥५६
goòä bävä pädaké äkha mähilé soya |
dacha carana ko väralau täpari gulapha samoya ॥ 54 ॥
väma pädako mähilau bahurau gulapha ju jäna |
täpari goòä dachiké äìkha cäha bähara léväna ॥ 55 ॥
Translation
Left knee above right ankle and left ankle below right knee, catch hold of two arms with hands and then extending the arms in front, churn it clock and anti clockwise observing silence. Gaze at the tip of nose. It purifies the body. Removes physical disorders. Body attains lightness. Nadis are purified. It churns the pranavayu. Practise it slowly in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Instruction
1. Sit with the left foot on the right knee and right foot under the left knee.
2. Hold the elbows with the opposite hands.
3. Extend the arm forward.
4. Rotate the arms clockwise and anticlockwise.
5. Fix the gaze at the nose.
Benefits
This purifies the nadis, it churns the pranavaya. It purifies the body, so physical disorders will not happen. Body attains lightness.
