Q. Does Kailasa Exist ?? If yes then who has given it recognition and where is it situated ??
A: Kailasa is a revival of the ancient enlightened Hindu civilizational nation, operating through NGOs. It was established much in the spirit of a country like the Sovereign Order of Malta, a borderless service oriented nation. In many countries across the world, people inspired by the SPH have started organizations to share his teachings.

Its vision is “Living Enlightenment for all” leading to global peace irrespective of any external differences including gender, race, nationality, color, caste, creed, etc. It is established on the principle of “Oneness” (“Advaita” in Sanskrit). Q. Talking about cases, Ahmedabad Police has filed a chargesheet against Swami Nityanand and the two managers of his Ashram as they have been accused of physically abusing minor children and earning money. Interpol has also issued blue corned notice. The other similar case is in Karnataka ?? What is the view point of yours as far as these ongoing cases are concerned which have been logded by Victims and why have you ran away from India instead of facing these charges ??
A: All these allegations against the SPH and the two managers are absolutely false. The SPH has not been on Indian soil since 2018 and the Gujarat case you refer to was filed against Him in 2019. The SPH has also not been in the State of Gujarat for over 14 years.

In 2018, the passport authorities did not renew the SPH’s passport even though he is a born Indian citizen and Indian court ordered them to do so. The SPH appeared in person and submitted the required documents to renew His passport.

Interpol has rejected all requests to issue any notices for the SPH based on evidence that was presented to them. The news about Interpol notices against the SPH are also false and disinformation spread to incite hatred against the SPH.

The allegations in the case in Karnataka are also false. The same false victims filed the same false charges in the US. But the US courts exonerated SPH, dismissed the case in favor of SPH and in turn fined the false victims to a tune of nearly a million dollars.

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism was exonerated by the California (USA) Court on April 8, 2013 and the Ohio federal court on August 12, 2014.

The courts ruled in favor of the SPH and fined the false victims nearly one million dollars in fines. This is also recognized by world renowned human rights attorney and King’s Counsel, Mr. Geoffrey Robertson, KC who concludes the SPH “should continue to be presumed innocent

- especially since his two accusers have been found guilty in proceedings in the US related to false claims about him for purposes of extortion.”

Many prominent human rights advocates have given independent reports and legal opinions attesting this.

The world renowned human rights advocate and King’s Counsel from UK Mr. Geoffrey Robertson after thorough investigation, says in this report about the persecution that “He did not “jump bail” but was out on bail when he left India as he was entitled to do, and has remained abroad in order to seek asylum because he claims a well-founded fear of persecution.”

Here is a Summary of the False Cases against the SPH in USA and India and Proofs of his Exoneration:-

- The false cases filed by the false rape accusers in their home country USA have already been ruled against them and they have been fined heavily for defaming The SPH.

-- The same false cases filed by the false rape accusers are pending in India as the anti-Hindu elements have been dragging the false case to keep the lawfare and persecution alive, inspite of the clinching evidences to prove the innocence of the SPH.

- The same false rape accusers filed baseless cases against Him in the USA in 4 states in both Federal and State courts. However, the Courts in the USA found the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism innocent and ruled in his favor. The false accusers were ordered to pay over a million dollars in fines. These 2 false accusers with the support of anti-Hindu elements have filed baseless false case in India.

-- A baseless case of rape with no victim named, no witness, no incidence of crime was filed by the 2 false rape accusers, both USA residents. The false rape accusers were supported by the anti-Hindu elements who incited hatred through media disinformation and are keeping the lawfare alive till date. 13 years since the false case was filed, the trial in the case has not even been able to start.

- In 1 year, the baseless claims of rape were dismissed by the Ohio court.

The police also dismissed the false allegations of rape and closed the investigation.

-- The anti-Hindu elements have kept the case alive, 13 years after the false case was filed.

When the USA organization tried to execute the USA Court order in India, the false rape accuser did not even show up in Court just like she evaded the USA Court summons.

-The Michigan Court considers the medical records of the false rape accuser as critical evidence in exonerating The SPH in the Indian case and orders the University of Michigan Hospital to produce the records to the Attorney’s of The SPH.

The University of Michigan immediately obeyed the Order and produced the detailed medical records of the false rape accuser, which confirm her rape allegations to be patently false and also revealed glaring date discrepancies in her allegations.

-- The medical records were taken on record by the Indian Court
The medical records of the SPH were also submitted to the Court by the State
Yet the anti-Hindu elements have been successful in delaying justice and abusing the process of law in India and the false rape accusers continue to evade the law.

- Due to the false rape accuser’s repeated contempt of court, the Michigan Court issued a contempt of court order and two bench warrants for arrest of the false rape accuser for her failure to follow court orders, including her mandatory appearance at her deposition.

-- The false rape accuser has not even come to Court to give evidence in India.

- After 2 years of disobeying court orders and committing perjury, the false male rape accuser was fined nearly half a million dollars and his false case against The SPH was dismissed by the California (U.S.A) Court.

-- The false male rape accuser attempted to appeal the California lower court’s decision to dismiss his case with fines against the false victim, but failed and was hit with another fine of $32,500.

The false male rape accuser was not only fined a half million judgment in the US, but the Indian courts also upheld the same judgment after independent adjudication of the same facts. The false rape accuser has not yet complied with the Court decree and is being protected by the anti-Hindu elements.

- In 2012, a Washington State Judge sentenced the false male rape accuser to 5 years of prison for his crimes against a U.S. minor girl and he was subsequently deported from the USA.

-- The false male rape accuser, a convicted child rapist, made a complaint of unnatural sex against the SPH just to escape from his crime of child rape.

The medical records in the potency test on the SPH prove that the claims of the false male rape accuser are patently false.

- The California Court awarded the SPH US Non Profit nearly $5M for lies, defamation and disinformation by the anti-Hindu media against The SPH and The SPH US mission

-- The anti-Hindu media has been evading the process of law in India and they have not appeared in the same case filed against it by the SPH in India.

Q. News in US media space suggest that Kailasa has conned more than 30 cities of U.S. by calling it a country and signing some agreements ? How would you like to respond to this and the women signing such agreements is a U.S. Citizen or holds passport of some other country ??
A: We have not scammed anyone.

SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam offers prayers to Paramashiva for the Atma Shanti of all the individuals who lost their lives due to the earthquake in Afghanistan.

At least 3 people, including 2 children, have died in northern Pakistan due to the earthquake. In Kyber Pakhtunkhwa province, 41 people have been injured. In Afghanistan's Laghman province, the quake killed at least 2 people and injured 8 others The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam also prays for the healing and recovery of the affected individuals.
