THE 1008 PONTIFF OF KOLADA MUTT MAHASAMSTHANA

Today, April 30, 2022, SPH offers atmashanthi to Sri Shantaveera Mahaswami, the 1008 pontiff of the 2000 year old Kolada Mutt - one of the most dedicated, protector, and ardent supporter of The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam and KAILASA and one of the most powerful voices of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.

Sri Shantaveera Mahaswami graced and actively participated in several religious congregations and peace initiatives hosted by The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam including an assembly of all the Acharya Mahamandaleswars, Peetadhishwars and Sri Mahants of the Akhadas (top religious leaders of Hinduism) gathered in Kumbh Mela in Nasik in 2015. Sri Shantaveera Mahaswami was instrumental in gathering all the spiritual leaders, pontiffs and thousands of heads of Hindu Samasthanas, kingdoms and temples in a 3-day congregation called ‘Atirudra Mahayaga’ from 11 - 13 January 2015, and led the declaration of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism as ‘Bhagavan’ Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam.

Sri Sri Sri Shantaveera Swami has always been a benefactor of the nation of KAILASA and enriched and enabled humanity to experience Hindu faith of Lingayat Veera Shaivism. He recognized KAILASA’s efforts towards Hinduism worldwide and emphasized the need for Hindu leaders to support the principles and values of KAILASA.

KAILASA is saddened at the huge irrecoverable loss to Hinduism as it has lost one of its greatest pillars who envisioned the true unification and revival of Hinduism in all its glory. The legacy and contribution of the Sri Sri Sri 1008 Sri Shantaveera Mahaswami to Hinduism will never be forgotten and will forever be recorded in the history of KAILASA.

The junction between the foot of Lord Nataraja in Tandava gesture and the extended lower limbs of Lord Govindaraja IS THE SECRET OF CHIDAMBARA - the avyakta ( unmanifest ) aspect of Paramashiva.

The underlying message is that the He who is beyond form manifests Himself as Lord Nataraja and Vishnu, allowing everyone to worship 'THAT' in the form they adore.

The foot of Nataraja and the lower limbs of Lord Vishnu point towards the Akashic principle of beyond the manifest.
