Rig Veda 10.127 :
ओर्वप्रा अमर्त्या निवतो देव्यू उद्वतः
ज्योतिष बाधते तमः
orvaprā amartyā nivato devyū udvataḥ
jyotiṣa bādhate tamaḥ

word to word meaning breakdown :
a-apraa = pervaded
uru = the wide one ( Earth )
a-martyaa = those not subject to mrtyu ( death )
ni-vataH = those living below
devii = devi
ut-vataha = those who live higher up
jyotishha = by Her space of enlightenment
baadhate = obstructs
tamaha = tamas ( ignorance )

Meaning :
Devi as Ratri pervades the wide dimension of space-time continuum of the Universe.She pervades and sustains all beings and entities of all loka-s.By Her inherent light,she illuminates everyone and obstructs darkness in the form of ignorance.

Rig Veda 10.125 :
अहम् रस्ह्ह्Tरिइ सन्गमनिइ वसुउनअम् चिकितुस्ह्हि प्रथम यज्नियअनअम्
तअम् मअ देव व्यदधुH पुरुत्रअ भुउरिस्थअत्रअम् भुउर्यअ वेस्हयन्तिइम्
aham raṣṭrī sangamanī vasūnām cikituṣi prathama yajniyānām
tām mā deva vyadadhuḥ purutrā bhūristhātrām bhūryā veśayantīm

aham = I
raashhTri = Queen
sam-gamanii = equally going
vasunaam = the treasures
cikitushhii = collector
prathamaa = the first
yajniyaanaam = those worthy of worship via yaaga
taam = to those ( mentioned above )
maa = myself
devaaH = the devas ( lit.one who shines - comes from root 'div' = to shine )
vi-adadhuH = visheshha riityaa adadhuH = specially give and retain
puru-traa = purushhaam traayate iti purutraa = rescuer of persons
bhuuri = many
bhuuristhaatraam = saver of many places
aa-veshayantiim = intentionally entered

Meaning :
I ( Devi delcaring ) am the Queen,who is within you. I am the very first among the worshiped and gatherer of treasures. Thus,I am spread and my powers given out,in places,very many. I am present in all beings,as I am all pervasive.

Yajur Veda,Taittiriya Aranyaka :
त्वया जुष्टा नुदमाना दुरुक्तान्
बृहद्-वदेम विदथे सुवीराः
tvayā juṣṭā nudamānā duruktān
bṛhad-vadema vidathe suvīrāḥ

word to word meaning breakdown :
tvayaa = your
jushhTaa = pleased
nudamaanaa = from root 'nud' which means foolish talk.
duhu + uktaan = difficult + word utterers
bR^ihat = great
vadema = speak
vidathe = root 'vid' which means to know.
su-viiraaha = su + viiraahaa = superb + heroism

Meaning :
With Your grace,even those who are verbally handicapped ( those who speak foolishly and those who have difficulty with speech ) are transformed into great speakers who are intellectually brilliant.They become superb heroes who manifest your Medha Shakti.
