Title:

Paramahamsa Nithyananda hits Jackpot - High Court clears his path to be Head of Madurai Adheenam

Madurai 26 September 2018

Description:

The High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench today overturned the decision of the lower court and closed a case filed by 2 petitioners saying that Swami Nithyananda should not be the Junior Pontiff of the Madurai Adheenam. In a hard hitting judgement the Court observed that the Petitioner had not done even the basic due diligence in filing the case. Further the Court observed that even HRCE ACT and hence the HRCE board had no jurisdiction to question the appointment of Swami Nithyananda as the Junior Pontiff and the successor to the current pontiff, the 292nd Gurumaha Sannidhanam of the Madurai Adheenam.

Quoting various rulings of the Supreme Court where they held the appointment of the Junior to be a purely religious act protected by the constitution, the Court observed that "If the right of interference on the question of succession is recognised as a matter of routine, then no head of the Mutt can ever appoint a successor, which is an exclusive personal right of the head of Mutt."

Further passing its insight onto the matter of the Madurai Adheenam Trust which was created to fund the activities of the Madurai Adheenam Mutt, the Court observed that "no transactions had happened on the name of the Trust. Hence the allegations of misuse of the Trust seem more of apprehensions rather than actual misconduct.". Much of the litigation that happened in Madurai about the Madurai Adheenam in 2012 including the case by the Government, revolved around the misunderstandings about this Trust that was created jointly by Swami Nithyananda and the current pontiff.

The ruling today firmly cemented Swami Nithyananda's position as the Junior Pontiff and the successor to the Madurai Adheenam, the oldest monastery in the world, in no uncertain terms. The ruling is one of the series of victories for Swami Nithyananda in Madurai and is perhaps the last blow that will silence his detractors.

A few months back the High Court had affirmed that the the appointment of Swami Nithyananda as the successor and junior pontiff to the Madurai Aadheenam was "IRREVOCABLE". The Court in its detailed order ruled that no one else could be appointed subsequent to Paramahamsa Nithyananda as the Junior Pontiff as per law and the tradition of the Madurai Aadheenam as documented in its mother document. The Court further allowed him to be impleaded in the case filed by the the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments board against the Madurai Adheenam Mutt.

Description

Glimpses from Nithya Satsang with Paramahamsa Nithyananda 26 September, 2018 Let me expand on Jnana Paddhati, My personal compilation from VedaAgamas. First verse, there is so much to tell, reveal about the first verse itself. It’s almost like a ParamaShiva is setting the context to the whole thing in the first verse. śrībhagavānuvāca atikautūhalāviṣṭā pṛcchasyetacchṛṇu priye | yanme netrāntare vahniryadvāmṛtamanuttamam|| 1-21 || [sri netra tantra] The translation: You ask these questions with great eagerness and intense yearning. Listen Dear, I will speak all about that Fire and the incomparable, ultimate nectar, amrta, which is within My Eye in between the eyebrows, in between the eyes (netrānante). Here I am again with some more deeper revelations about intense seeking, yearning, integrity to ParamaShiva, integrity to your higher possibility, higher consciousness. All the best things happen in your life by remembering the powerful cognitions. All the bad things happen in your life by the Apasmaara, forgetfulness. Churn your brain with the right remembrance of powerful cognitions. Understand, there is a beautiful story in Hindu tradition that once Vedas were lost, then Vishnu takes incarnation as usual to save the world, He goes into the ocean and gets the Vedas out. This story has a great meaning. Many times you also lost your knowledge, your knowledge is lost in the ocean of ignorance, forgetfulness. So you have to take the incarnation of Vishnu to save yourself. Go into the ocean, bring all the powerful cognitions once you had, once clicked wiuth you, once became oart if you, but now lost in the ocean of ignorance, Apasmaara, bring all of that out. I tell you, if you can do this exercise, I will explain step by step. First, any powerful cognitions in you manifested as powers, means when you start working on the powerful cognitions like - the static matter, dynamic activity, strategic existence, all three are one and the same, there is no boundary, there is no border, mass or matter or energy or consciousness. There is no clear border. Its like a rainbow, just changes color but there is no borderline. There is no gap. It is just one flow. Understand, the differences is quantitative not qualitative. Unit of existence, the unit in which existence is measured, the unit is same, whether your existence or ParamaShiva’s existence, may be the quantity is different but not the quality. That’s the beauty of the hindu tradition reveals the truth as it is, without any vested interests, gives you the truth as it is. Without any vested interests. Listen. When you manifest these powerful cognitions, you may be able to play with the matter as you want. If you have manifested the power of moving matter as you want through this powerful cognition - pen down that. All the powerful cognitions through which you manifested powers, pen them down. That’s the first set. Second step, the powerful cognitions which have really clicked with you, liberated you from the samshaya raakshasa, means haunting questions, harassing doubts, pen down those powerful cognitions. And third, list the powerful cognitions really appeals to your intellect but you have not yet started recognizing them, you really want to cognize them, that list. In Subramanya Stotra, you would have heard Apasmaara, Apasmaara Roga. Apasmaara is a disease, vyaadhi, samshaya is demon. Samshaya means haunting, harassing negative conclusions not even doubts, no. Harassing negative conclusions are considered Samshaya Raakshasa, the demon of doubt. Forgetfulness is Apasmaara Roga. Understand, do this exercise. I tell you, you will discover YOU, discover the most beautiful side of you. You are hardwired to manifest ParamaShiva, you just need to discover it. You just need to cognize the beautiful side of you. I am here to rub you in the right side constantly. You might have heard only rubbing in the wrong side, but I am telling you, rubbing you in the right side is my mission. Invoking the most beautiful component of you ParamaShiva as a reality of your life. Understand, take this as a JIRA homework. I want to give this beautiful name to JIRA - AdiKailasa Tantramsha, means the software which gives you all the beautiful gifts from Kailasa. We call it AKT. This will give access only to yourself. It’s only for you to do your homework. So first, all the powerful cognitions manifested as powers in you, list. Even if you have done it once. Second, all the powers. First all the powerful cognitions manifested as powers in you. Second, all the powerful cognitions clicked in you, pen them down. Third, all the powerful cognitions intellectually appeals to you but not yet become reality or not yet clicked with you. Pen them down at least pen 108, deep into you and everything out. I really tell you, right remembrance can give you so much courage to build your life. All the best things happened in my life is because of right remembrance. The grace of Arunachala, Smaranaat Mukti - by remembrance liberation. By right remembrance liberation. Understand, no one can save you but for yourself. I really want everyone, every individual whether you are a gurukul balasant or Adinavasi or a devotee, disciple, follower, visitor, viewer, student, any way you want to have a benefit of what I am brought to the world from Kailasa, the state of ParamaShiva, space of ParamaShiva and powers of ParamaShiva. My one and only request - become a Sangha member and get your own account in AKT, AdiKailasa Tantramsha, JIRA account. Get your own JIRA account and start working with Me. Just listening is not enough. Enough you wasted your time. It’s time we start working. It’s time we start working. Today, the JIRA homework, AKT, AdiKailasa Tantramsha homework, pen down this three.

Powerful cognitions which has already manifested as powers in you.
The powerful cognitions which really clicked.
Powerful cognitions which intellectually appeal to you but not yet become reality or or did not, not yet clicked in your being.

Pen them this three. At least 108. Take this sincerely and do it. Tomorrow you will be in the space what Bhagavan expects the great eagerness and intense yearning. atikautūhalāviṣṭā pṛcchasyetacchṛṇu priye | yanme netrāntare vahniryadvāmṛtamanuttamam|| 1-21 || You will be in that space. Then I can easily put you into the space of third eye and make you experience the vahni and amruta. I wanted all of you to take this homework very sincerely and start doing it. So with this, the essence of today’s satsang - let’s do the homework. Let’s do the work. Let’s get all the powerful cognitions as our reality. Let’s remember all of them, Right remembrance.
