In this video, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda​ Paramashivam addresses the delegates of the Atma Spurana program. HDH guides them into a deep process of visualization. We generally use visualization in order to know but this action cannot be used to try visualizing God or Enlightenment as they can only be experienced. The process stretches the delegates’ minds and their visualization to a point where it cannot function anymore, to a point where also words are not able to grasps and so they come back. That very space itself liberates and the delegates can experience it first hand.
