Unlock The Past To Heal The Future: Nithyananda Morning Message (25 Oct 2010)

Description:

Enlightened master and Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda began today's discourse with a current scientific study which supports the ancient Vedic knowledge. The Life Research Academy has found that 90% of all diseases and ailments we suffer from have past life connections. This is also supported by L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. They agree that past life therapy can cure unexplained fears, phobias, depression and a host of other psychological disorders. Scientists, or Rishis, from the past, knew this long ago. Patanjali said, "the root of all affliction is past action". Nithyananda states "it is out of the past that your present is made. You can always release it." Every day he recommends you check the state of your body and mind. Are you moving towards the goal of having a yogic body and Vedic mind? Many of us have the goal of moving towards enlightenment, but Paramahamsa Nithyananda says this is unrealistic because we don't actually understand what this means. The goal is too abstract for us to comprehend. By keeping the goal in sight of a yogic body, you can actually check daily: "Am I feeling healthy, joyful?" Same with the Vedic mind, "Am I excited about my day? Is my awareness expanding?" These are goals that can be tracked. Then, every day around him becomes worthy.

By reliving engrams, you release them. By coming to terms with your past you can develop your tuition. By healing your past you remove the blockages to your intuition and can see your future. These processes happen during the Inner Awakening (www.innerawakening.org) course he offers. Some think his techniques are extreme, but he is creating a new man and woman. He offers the following technique: on any given subject, take two conflicting statements he has made and chew them over. You will come to your own conclusion: which to absorb, which to throw away. This is called Manana, contemplation. By adding honesty to Manana (contemplation), you get Viveka, Discrimination. Most religions don't allow this process; they demand you follow rules without explanation. The mystic religions encourage this Manana so that you can become your own truth. This creates Inner Awakening and your inner light becomes lit.
