Original Verse
वासिष्ठमथकौण्डिन्यमूर्ध्वकुक्क्टुमेव च । अष्टावक्रमथोत्तानमयूरं सेतुबन्धनम् ।
Transliteration
vāsiṣṭhamathakauṇḍinyamūrdhvakukkṭumeva ca । aṣṭāvakramathottānamayūraṃ setubandhanam ।
Translation
The list of asanas is as follows- Vasisthasana, kaundinyasana, Urdhvakukkutasana, Astavrakasana, uttanala mayurasana, Setubandhasana,
Steps/Technique
1. Place the hands on the ground shoulder width apart. 2. Bring both legs to the right against the armpit. 2. Bend the elbows and lean over the arms. 3. Lift the body and balance on the right elbow. 3. Stretch the legs all the way to the right. Repeat on the left.
