The day’s schedule was rich with authentic Hindu spiritual practices, including specific forms of Yoga, Guru Puja, Laghu Puja, and powerful healing and meditation sessions (Arogya and Humming) aimed at granting superconscious breakthroughs. These efforts, supported by 4 dedicated volunteers, underscore KAILASA’s global mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization and restoring the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva to all of humanity.

Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)

The daily Nithyotsavam conducted at KAILASA TORONTO, CANADA is a critical component of the center's commitment to maintaining the enlightened spiritual ecosystem established by THE SPH. This sacred schedule is designed to connect devotees directly with the divine grace of THE SPH and the eternal presence of Paramashiva, allowing the manifestation of intense spiritual energy fields necessary for consciousness evolution. The observances commenced with the foundational Guru Puja and Pada Puja performed to honor the living presence of the Master, followed by the specific Laghu Puja ritual, ensuring the sacred space is purified and imbued with powerful spiritual vibrations and the blessings of the Hindu pantheon.

The spiritual practices continued with structured sessions of traditional Hindu Yoga, preparing the physical and energy bodies for deeper inner work. A significant focus was placed on healing, incorporating specialized meditation techniques gifted by THE SPH, such as the Arogya meditation for holistic wellness and the Humming meditation, which facilitates deep inner stillness. These consciousness-based spiritual technologies are central to KAILASA's mission, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva through dedicated daily practice.

The comprehensive daily schedule also included the offering of Naivedyam to the deities, symbolizing gratitude and complete surrender to Paramashiva, followed by a dedicated session of reading from the sacred text, Jeevan Mukti. Studying the wisdom contained within Jeevan Mukti, a powerful teaching gifted by THE SPH, grounds the participants in the principles of enlightenment and liberation. This continuous stream of spiritual activity was seamlessly executed through the dedicated efforts of 4 volunteers, whose selfless service ensures the continuous flow of divine blessings and the successful revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma in Canada.
