Title

Siddha Tradition: Awaken Kundalini Shakti - Nithyananda Morning Satsang (30 Nov 2010)

Narration

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, expounded on the Cosmic Principles of Consciousness during the everyday live public talk - Nithyananda Satsang. In this talk entitled Awaken your kundalini , His Divine Holiness shared powerful truths with regards to the different states of Consciousness in the ancient Siddha tradition. He defined Kundalini as one’s inner potential energy which can be awakened by raising the state of consciousness. He revealed a simple technique which requires one to just witness whichever state one is in and shared that the state you are in is identified, whether in Awareness Consciousness, Consciousness Awareness or Dreaming Dreaming, Dreaming Waking, you allow the witnessing to increase.

His Divine Holiness spoke further on the States of Consciousness that need to be encouraged and reiterated that the master key for encouraging all states happening in oneself is witnessing. He concluded the satsang by explaining further that when you continuously witness whatever is happening inside, you will raise yourself into the higher and higher states of consciousness.
